MY NAME KARAN SINGH S/O SH. UDAY SINGH R/O HOUSE NO 365-A GROUND FLOOR CHIRAG DELHI NEW DELHI 110017. I AM FACING PROBLEM WITH MAIN LINE OF SEAVERAGE IN (FRONT AND BACK SIDE) OF MY HOUSE. LEAKAGE PROBLEM GOVERNMENT SEAVERAGE LINE BEHIND (FRONT AND BACK SIDE) OUR HOUSE DAMAGE SEALEN, MAIN-LINE WATER BACK ENTER ENTIRE HOUSE, SAME PROBLEM OF NEAR BUY FAMILIES IS SAME LOCATION.
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the ongoing issue of damaged sewer lines in my vicinity, which has resulted in frequent flooding of sewage water into my basement. Despite repeated complaints and requests for action, the situation remains unresolved, posing a significant risk not only to my property but also to the safety and health of nearby residents.
I wish to bring to your attention that despite previous attempts to address the problem by changing pipelines and repairing the sewer system, the issue persists unabated. The regular influx of sewage water into my basement has not only caused considerable damage to the structural integrity of the building, including pillars and beams, but it also poses a severe health hazard due to the contamination of the surrounding environment.
It is imperative that immediate and effective measures be taken to rectify this situation before further damage occurs. I urge the concerned authorities at the Delhi Jal Board to prioritize this matter and undertake comprehensive steps to address the underlying issues causing the sewer line damage and subsequent flooding.
Furthermore, I request a thorough investigation into the root cause of the problem to prevent its recurrence in the future. The safety and well-being of the residents in the affected area depend on swift and decisive action to resolve this issue.
In light of the urgency of the matter, I kindly request that you expedite the process of pipeline replacement and sewer repairs to mitigate the risk of further damage and ensure the safety of the affected premises and surrounding residences.
I trust that the Delhi Jal Board will take this complaint seriously and initiate prompt action to alleviate the distressing situation faced by myself and other affected individuals.
