Dear Tata 1mg Customer Support,
I am writing to express my outrage regarding the recent order I placed on your platform, which has been falsely marked as “Delivered.” Your delivery partner, DTDC, not only failed to deliver the package but also sent me an OTP for assured delivery. However, they neither collected the OTP from me nor made any attempt to deliver the product to my address.
On 17th September 2024 at 1:01 P.M., I received a call from DTDC Vengaloor asking me to collect the order from their office. This is completely unacceptable, as I paid for home delivery. Following this, on the same day at 3:23 P.M., I called Tata 1mg to register my complaint about this refusal to deliver to my home.
Shortly after my complaint, I received a call from Tata 1mg informing me that the delivery had been marked as “completed” and that a screenshot with a forged signature had been uploaded as proof of delivery. This level of deception and mismanagement is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable.
Due to this unprofessional and frustrating experience, I am no longer inclined to make any purchases from your online store.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. The package must be delivered to my address without further delay, and I expect full accountability for the forged signature and the misleading claim of delivery.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through consumer forums and explore legal options.
