Very bad customer service

I have been complaining from many months as i don’t receive any sms but emi is deducted without failure sms charges are deducted with failure but customer complain nobody is bother.very very bad customer handling

Just you open account and do transaction when customer complain no one is even bothered to take action.
I say worst customer service I had ever seen
