Hi sir,
I have booked red colour Tiago on TN72CD8557 and at the time of booking they told that we will delivered the car with 2 weeks but after 2 weeks they call and told red colour was not available and we need to wait for another weeks. At the same time I enquired in Madurai showroom, and it was available at the time. But in Derik Tata they refused to refund the amount…So we waited for another 2 weeks, and it got delivered. And at the time of delivery, they asked my original Aadhar for RTO purpose but still it was not returned to me..please advise

Executive Ganesha Moorthy had attended us on that day and his attitude was very bad and from the first day his words are very hard and not good to the customers…So, whether Tata executive was like this very herd to the customers…

Totally very disappointed with Derik Tata customer service…
still now I’m not received feedback call from TATA. I think this person change my number in Ur records.
