Waybill no. 78033682322 Rude and Fraudelent

Dear BlueDart, I have never come in front of such a fraudulent distribution center. They never send a shipment to my address. It has happened numerous times that they deliberately delay a shipment according to their convenience. Today (29/06/24) I personally went to the distribution center regarding a shipment whose waybill no. is 78033682322 to sort it out and I was welcomed by rudeness, threat by Mr. Vineet for which I have video proof. And his excuse is he doesn’t have sufficient manpower so he isn’t able to perform his duties, and to cover that up he has updated on the portal that the consignee address is incomplete whereas just a few days back a parcel was delivered on the same address with the same details for which the ID is 81682338172.I would request you to please take some action against the center and Mr. Vineet or I will be forced to go to the POLICE for the threat given. Thank you
