I am a pissed long-time customer. I had been buying from Firstcry for my son for years now and a few weeks ago, for some reason, they marked my account as suspicious and blocked all my orders. I contacted support and they didn’t help me. I uninstalled the app.
Now by mistake, I again installed their app and placed an order last night for some cosmetics. Also my bad luck, I purchased their club membership. Again, my order was cancelled and my money was refunded for the product for the items but my membership was not cancelled and they kept my club membership money. Please tell me, what will I do with this membership if I cannot buy from their app? I contacted them and even the Grievence team but no help. Neither they are refunding my membership money nor letting me use it.
Their robo answer is that all this is system driven so they cannot do anything.
So these cheaters took my money and don’t let me use it. Everyone please don’t buy Firstcry membership.
