Being an Airtel user from more than 10 years, I am totally irritated with the service your company is offering. No proper information/guidance is given while required. It’s companies responsibility to provide solutions to customers for their issues. Me as an customer who is using prepaid sim, dth, broadband all from Airtel but while we need a help or solutions you guys are totally worst.
Now I am thinking to change my service provider for all services I am using from Airtel. Including mine I make sure all my friends and relatives also change their service provider from Airtel to other to whom all I have suggested Airtel.
Being a professional in marketing field I know how the companies provide service and make sure customers are happy. But here it’s like no proper help/information will provide and no resolving of issues. You pay you use if you want, is what happening here. Being an service providing company make sure your customers are happy not be in mind set it you want use or leave. Kindly look into the loopholes and try to resolve the issues of customers in time.
