I want to let you know that I don’t know how much time it takes to solve this problem and also you are unable to give proper advice.
If you can’t do it, tell it clear because it is not good to have the service team enter the house so many times.
Because I face the issue again with my TV. Your team return my TV after check & repair, still it is not working. When I purchase an EXTENDED WARRANTY, your executive told that if the TV issue not fixed with in 1 month, you will get a new TV.
So I want to know that you give me a new TV so that I don’t lose my trust from you. Please confirm me as soon as possible because I faced this issue from 5th August’ 2023 to till.
