Common Service Issues:
- Landline: Dead phone, faulty instrument, connection problems (interrupted, noisy, weak), billing issues, etc.
- Broadband: Password/login problems, slow speeds, website access issues, faulty equipment (CPE, adapter), billing disputes, etc.

The Public Grievance Appellate Authority of MTNL
As per the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Regulation and Guidelines, MTNL has appointed the officers as the Public Grievance Appellate Authority who resolved the complaint that has yet to be redressed by the tier 1 departments. The escalated complaints will be resolved within 3 months.
