Hi, I had bought three items from Nyka. One product was missing and i requested for refund. I am an NRI. After ii left, i received no intimation from Nyka on any additional information needed to process refund. After a month, I am told that the time has lapsed and no refund is possible. Why should customer pay for items not received?

harassment By Nykaa Fashion and their deliver partner Shadowfax, Return Policy is a lie

My Order was delivered on 10th july. 10th july itself, I have asked for the return as the size was too large for me. Replacement was approved on the same day. For some reason, (Most likely,as far as i remember seeing in notification, delay from replacement of partner regarding size), the pick up was not scheduled for a long time and i had to call Nykaa Fashion to look into it. The first pick up message from SHADOWFAX came on 29/7/2024. Inspite of this being so late, and the occasion for which i wanted the dress was long over, i Did not raise any concern. The pick up scheduled with Shadowfax #R895919611NYK. The Delivery boy assigned was Mr Khetaram Now I got the above mentioned message at 12 30 pm. I leave for work at 9 am. It was not possible for me to separately keep the product outside for the pick up. Mr KHETARAM who was the delivery boy ABUSED my husband for calling him up to our house and not giving the product. I called NYKAA FASHION customer care on 22nd, 25th, 27th, 29th july, as well as on 4th and 5th of august. On 29th july, I have complained against Mr Khetaram also. But Today, I got a message saying My pick up has been cancelled. I am Feeling extremely agitated with this kind of response from your end. Its not about the money It just costs around 2000 rupees. We have such Busy schedules and extremely stressful jobs and we really dont need the added stress from an Online Store. Its the harrassment from Nykaa Fashion and SHADOWFAX which is just not acceptable.

What is happening with Nykaa? Every time, they deliver damaged or leaked products. Their reputation is just a name now—fake products and bad customer support. This is the worst experience ever. I will never shop from Nykaa again. Despite being a Platinum Prive member, this is the treatment I get. There is no better customer support, just a so-called Prive membership with no benefits. The experience is getting worse day by day.

I ordered a jhumka set from Azai by nyka fashion on 27th july, and it was to be delivered by today, which it didn't. And now the app order is showing a blank page to me while i search for the order status. I need the jhumke set by this week positively please send it or I need to cancel my order.

I have returned a product to nykaa website and without confirming from my end they have credited money to my wallet and when i called customer care regarding the issue. They refused to return money to the original source of payment i.e. my bank account. Please help me get my money back.

Ref to order No NYK-19329109-4645179. This order did not belong to me. The name is also different than mine as it is addressed to Aishwarya with Delhi address. Time and again we have mentioned that wrong addressee, wrong size and incomplete order delivery done. You are required to replace the entire order. Replace/ Refund request was made immediately on 24th May. Many a times pick up attempted, but your rep is mentioning different wrong item pickup. It's so so frustrating. Please schedule pickup of incomplete and wrong order. I have been delivered only one item as against ordered two. This order doesn't belong to me at the first place. The color recd is wheat grain.
