How to File a Complaint of TATA 1mg?

According to the grievance redressal policy of 1MG, the complaint resolution mechanism is divided into 2 levels. If the lodged complaint is not resolved by TATA 1mg support at level 1, escalate the case to the next designated authority.

Refund Period 5 to 7 business days or 30 days from the refund request date

At this level, if you experience any issues with TATA 1mg products and services, such as online medicine orders, delivery delays, subscriptions (care plan & health insurance), online doctor consultations, TATA 1mg store services, or payment problems, complain to customer service team through the toll-free number, email, or WhatsApp.

You can also submit your complaint online to 1MG executives for faster resolution. While raising your concerns, provide:

  • Order ID
  • Booking ID (for online consultation)
  • Nature of complaint
  • Description of the issue with a copy of relevant documents (if any) like the image of the medicine/products, bills, etc.

Please note: You can complain to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) about the quality of food products sold by 1MG and its partnered retailers.

According to the IT Act 2000 and E-Commerce Rules 2020, If the lodged complaints to Customer Service of 1MG at level 1 are not resolved to your satisfaction within the resolution period, you can escalate your complaint to the Grievance Officer appointed for TATA 1mg.

NO SUPPLY OF MEDICINS DESPITE REPEATED ONLINE REQUESTS

Dear Sir/Madam I am a retired Chief Manager of SBI. I am suffering from Cancer. I have requested online with a doctor-valid subscription almost 30 times on the corporate desk of Tata 1 mg portal . Despite my repeated requests, nothing has been done so far. Your Pharmacist this medicine is available with us. but your Doctor calls and close the call without hearing me. These medicines are mandatory for my survival. I am arranging the medicine from the Apollo pharmacy. Please advise me as to whom I may contact so that my issue is resolved Regards Harkesh Kumar

Urgent: False Delivery Claim, Forged Signature, and OTP Not Collected – Immediate Action Required

Dear Tata 1mg Customer Support, I am writing to express my outrage regarding the recent order I placed on your platform, which has been falsely marked as "Delivered." Your delivery partner, DTDC, not only failed to deliver the package but also sent me an OTP for assured delivery. However, they neither collected the OTP from me nor made any attempt to deliver the product to my address. On 17th September 2024 at 1:01 P.M., I received a call from DTDC Vengaloor asking me to collect the order from their office. This is completely unacceptable, as I paid for home delivery. Following this, on the same day at 3:23 P.M., I called Tata 1mg to register my complaint about this refusal to deliver to my home. Shortly after my complaint, I received a call from Tata 1mg informing me that the delivery had been marked as "completed" and that a screenshot with a forged signature had been uploaded as proof of delivery. This level of deception and mismanagement is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. Due to this unprofessional and frustrating experience, I am no longer inclined to make any purchases from your online store. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. The package must be delivered to my address without further delay, and I expect full accountability for the forged signature and the misleading claim of delivery. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through consumer forums and explore legal options. Refunds delayed unduly

This company does not believe in customer service. Against orders placed, deliveries are staggered in 3-6 lots, and as they want payment in cash or GPAY, person has to be there for every delivery being made but refunds will be done through bank accounts only, but WHEN. They have been asking for advising on customer service, repeatedly but with no concrete settlements. They do not take returns even when they make mistakes.

delay in getting reports

My wife is logged in on your app .Regd no is 87XXXX3444.For last 5 days lab report is going to wrong mail id. 5 days we're calling helpline. even changed in the app....today again late...not recd till date...same stupid message recd....Tim for you guys to wake up....fooling customers...act now or i delete the account

about tablets quality.

recently I ordered some diabetic tablets from 1mg online app,service, about three times, but supplied medicine are not effective, and not good quality, because which tablets came as it is in motion stool next day, another test we under taken by dipping a tablet in to water about 48 hours ,hole time tablet remains as it is without desorbing ,so we want to return all medicine which ordered no:PO 12324392110185,and PO14724427484317 .

DELIVERY TIME IS PROSPONED BY COMPANY 3RD TIME ONLY IN 8 DAYS.

I WAS ORDERED AN ENSURE POWDER OF 1 KG PACK, WHICH WAS IS VERY URGENT TO ME AS MY MOTHER IS 75 YEAR OLD AND IS MORE ESSENTIAL FOR HER, ON 11.05.24 & FOR WHICH THE DELIVERY SHEDULE WAS 15.05.24, BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT ON SCHEDULED DATE THE PORTAL SHOWS EXTENDED SCHEDUULE TO 16.05.24 TO 19.05.24, FIRST TIME I IGNORED AS MAY BE SOME ISSUES BUT WHEN I RECHECK ON TODAY(19.05.24) , ITS AGAIN SHOWS THE RECHUDULE MY ORDER TO 22.05.24 TO 24.05.24. AND MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT THERE ARE NO VALUE OF ME , THERE ARE NO MSGS, NO CALL JUST THEY MODIFIED THE SCHEDULE AS THEY WANT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION FORWARDED TO CUSTOMER. PERSONALLY, I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 1MG ON MY FIRST ORDER.

Complain against lab test not done

Lab test order no.PO4124582956-885 dt23/7/2024 was not conducted fairly. Rep didn't ask me to preserve first urine sample, hence the person return back .he was not polite enough.upon complain, another representative reschedule the order for today,24/7/2024 6-7 AM today Iwas waited empty stomach till 8 am but none came no communication made this is not acceptable by a reputed co. like yours very unprofessional approach I was mentally harrased pl enquire the entire episode & let me know the irresponsible act Rgds
