Account number in Form 10 D was wrong – Requested to modify the account Number in the concerned column – Reg:-

My name is Jogi Dhilleswrara Rao, UAN No: 100168673802
Tracking Id: 10016867380203001

I have applied monthly pension through form 10D on 06.08.2024.
During the filling, my Account number in column No. 13 (1) was wrongly typed as 1046100025040540 (One ZERO was typed extra after “100”. My correct Account No. is 104610025040540 and rest of information all are correct such as IFSC, Bnk, branch name etc., So now I request the concerned EPFO- Guntur, Andhra Pradesh authorities to kindly rectify the mistake and process my monthly pension scheme at the earliest possible, so as to meet my daily needs.
