Asked for the convenience fees refund for the inconveniences caused by swiggy and it’s restaurant partner KFC

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delay in delivering my recent order (Order ID: 191078118136667) . Despite the restaurant being only 3 km away and no traffic in my area, it took over 2 hours for the order to arrive. The delivery partner waited at the restaurant for more than an hour, causing significant inconvenience, especially as my children were eagerly waiting for the food.

While you replaced the order, this resolution did not compensate for the stress caused by the delay. I kindly request a refund of the convenience fee for this experience and hope for better service in the future.
