Requesting compensation for canceled flight AF7965/MK0115 Dec 9, 2024 from Paris (CDG) to Mauritius (MRU) for two passengers.
At the airport, gate agents provided a letter for the technical issue an advised I would receive 600 Euros per passenger for the inconvenience. I contacted the email on the letter and received a reply that the email is no longer in use. I contacted the recommended email (mkparis@airmauritius.com – this email address replied it is no longer in use) and have not heard back from anyone regarding my refund.
I have called Air Mauritius customer service this number does not connect for me
I’ve called they transfer me back to customer service and the call does not connect.
I was given an email customerservice@airmauritius.com. I contacted this email and was asked to email reservations_mru@mauritius.com. Reservations hasn’t responded to the email.
I’ve left voice mails on this number for five days in a row. No one answers the phone and no one has responded to my voicemails.
If you have not flown with Air Mauritius, I recommend a different airline. The customer service experience is horrrific
