Today, I placed an order with Bigbasket, Order No: BNN-1497875401-202440709. The order was delivered by an individual who spoke rudely to my owners. Is this the standard behavior expected from your delivery personnel? I demand an explanation and expect him to apologize to my owners for his unacceptable conduct.
Such behavior is not appropriate, and he should at least have the basic ethics and common sense when delivering orders. I am a regular customer of Bigbasket and place orders frequently using the following numbers: among others. Until now, I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior from any of your staff. However, today’s experience with this delivery person was highly unpleasant.
I require a proper explanation from him, and he should personally come and apologize to my owner. Otherwise, I will consider taking further action. Please take this matter seriously.
