Dear team,
Today I was suppose to get the HDFC bank card at my registered address. I have received the call from Mr. Sandeep Kasar for the address confirmation. I was telling him the address and about shifting the address but he disconnected the call. When i have called him back for asking the reason for call disconnection He was very rude and Ask me to collect the card from HDFC bank. Even I was trying to make him understand to visit the address and diliver the card and he will get the OTP but he clearly denied and told me the I have to be there personally to collect the card.
This is pathetic service and dent on the blue dart company.
Please look in to this and revert if possible.
