Bus driver left us maybe for little extra income and ruined our trip

I reached anand vihar pillar number 211 as told by the driver during the arrival time and i was not able to find Neo bus there while calling drivers call was busy then he was cutting the call constantly after saying that the bus is in front of some EDM mall when i reached there after asking people he told the bus has left and slowly moving and when i tracked it was way far, i don’t know if he was saving seat so he could sell it later , sector 62 is another pickup point which is not mentioned in app when i told him that we will reach by rikshaw he told ki sorry sir you cant reach on time , i was travelling with a lady friend and now i will reach another state at 3 AM which is totally unsafe .i booked the bus from Delhi which is also not my home town and an unknown state. I couldn’t contact red bus during that time as my battery percentage was at 5 per cent and I had to book another bus which would drop us at 3 am at Rishikesh, kindly refund my money and find a solution for the trip which is ruined by redbus and neo bus service and the negotiable instrument (proof) I have online to prove the above story, kindly contact me on my registered number 765***** (Advocate Shubham Singh )
