I am Harkesh Kumar retired Chief Manager SBI. I am a patient with stomach cancer undergoing treatment from Fortis Mahali. The Doctor has prescribed the medicines. I am ordering the medicine from you . I have requested the medicine and every time my orders are being cancelled every time 3-4 times daily. The simple reason of cancellation is that ” you are not picking up the phone of the Doctor.”
I am submitting with the heavy heart that the Doctor rings the phone only for fraction of seconds i.e doing miss call only. The main doctor do not talk to me and orders are being cancelled every time.
Please look into the matter and help me to send the medicines at the earliest so that I can take the medicine as per prescription of the doctors of Fortis Mohali.
Also please advise to whom I may contact for my grievances
