This has reference to order number ORDER #177231415996547, booked on 13th June ’24
I had booked an order of Rs 6990 on 13th June’24. While placing the order, I had inadvertently given wrong address for delivery of food.
I immediately tried to cancel and reorder the foods with correct location but I could not do the same within 1 minute of TAT.
Eventually, I tried calling the restaurant several times but no one picked up the phone neither till that time I was given the contact number of the delivery boy.
In the end, I end up paying for food which I never received.
Being a old customer of your organization, it’s my humble submission to the competent authority at swiggy to kindly look into my case and refund my amount as I mentioned, I end up paying for food which I never received.
