On 10th May around 3:00 Pm , I have visited ICICI Bank Branch Code – 6291, D. B Gupta Road Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005 for submission of banking paper for loan , but Mr. Dheeraj Khanna pulled my chest while entering the bank that bank is not working, he mishandled me and misbehaved with me that to go out from the bank and threatened that i see who will take your papers in the bank as i am one of the oldest customer of your esteemed bank since 2012 and this behavior is not acceptable. Mr. Dheeraj Khanna tried to physically assault me, misconduct with me and overall behavior was very rude and talked to me in a threatened way.
Kindly take action against him by removing him or otherwise i will file a police complaint against him and branch on mishandling the customers.
