On 18-09-2024 recieved a call from Yesbank regarding “Revised Debit Card”.
They insisted to take revised debit card as existing debit card will be getting expired in November 2024.
Then i informed we are not in old address and now we are moved to new address. For this person from Yesbank told me that you can request for change of address through E-mail to yestouch.in
As per the above said i have forwarded E-mail to yestouch. But now Revised card is sent to Old address and when i enquired they are telling address is not updated. Really customer support/service is not good. If they are not allowed to change address then why did they asked me to write an E-mail for address change? Too bad.
