I am writing this express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had as a first-time customer at your establishment. I recently visited Cashify,hinoo, Ranchi on 17th July’24 and encountered a series of issues that have left me extremely disappointed.
During my visit, I went for repair my realme7’s screen and charging jack, and unfortunately, my backphone was damaged. The same was not informed beforehand that this may happen. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, especially given the high expectations I had for my initial experience with your company.
As a new customer, I was hoping for a positive and seamless interaction, but this experience has severely impacted my perception of your business. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution.
