Please clarify on our SBI Credit Cards Statement generated on 22.10.2024.
A
1. Total Outstanding Rs 18311.00 as per statement generated on 22.10.24 (Including incorrect outstanding of Rs 11033.22)
2. Net outstating Rs 18311.00 – 11033.22 = 7277,78 Rs.
3. Wrongly EMI debited from CC i.e. Rs 1920.15 * 4 = Rs. 7680.60 (from July 24 to Oct 24 after online order cancelled)
4. Rs. 7680.60 – 7277.78 = 402.82 i.e. excess
5. We have paid Rs 9060 on 15,11,2024 Total amount due against statement generated on 22 Oct 24,
6. Our total excess payment done of Rs.9462.82 (9060+402.82)
B
1. Again, Statement generated on 22 Nov 24, Total Outstanding 15915.00.
2. My new purchase Rs 5112,67 (2000+2264.47+242.4+254+69+292.8) from 23 Oct 24 to 22 Nov 24.
3. We have already excess paid amount of Rs 9462.82 as per above A.6
4. Excess total paid amount Rs 9462.82 (A.6) – new purchase (B.2) Rs 5112.67 = 4350.25
That means Rs.4350.25 already paid excess and the same need to be refunded/credited to my cc account.
In view of the above I will not pay the any outstanding amount generated as per above B.1.
For this I have generated 4-5 request complaint from 5th Nov,24 to 15th Nov,24.
You are requested to investigate the issue and refund the amount.
