I booked tickets from redbus, therewas a glitch in the website and the amount has been taken from my account. I asked for refund and they saaid they cant process it. Today around 1pm I booked for the ticket. Very bad cutomer service also, because when I asked the agent first he said that he will return the money then he kept my phone on hold an dlater confirmed that its 100percent non refundable. its not fare
