I have purchased 3 units of A/C on 24/04/2024 from LULU Mall trivandrum.After four months one of the A/C stop functioning. A service request was sent to the service centre and they rectified it. But after two weeks the same issue has been arisen. Again a register a service request. But this time the response was not good. Now after one week from the registering of request they said to have rectified the defect today and charged Rs1000/- as service charge. I felt that this is injustice and not proper to charge a service charge during the warranty period.
