My Order was delivered on 10th july. 10th july itself, I have asked for the return as the size was too large for me. Replacement was approved on the same day.
For some reason, (Most likely,as far as i remember seeing in notification, delay from replacement of partner regarding size), the pick up was not scheduled for a long time and i had to call Nykaa Fashion to look into it.
The first pick up message from SHADOWFAX came on 29/7/2024. Inspite of this being so late, and the occasion for which i wanted the dress was long over, i Did not raise any concern.
The pick up scheduled with Shadowfax #R895919611NYK. The Delivery boy assigned was Mr Khetaram
Now I got the above mentioned message at 12 30 pm. I leave for work at 9 am. It was not possible for me to separately keep the product outside for the pick up. Mr KHETARAM who was the delivery boy ABUSED my husband for calling him up to our house and not giving the product.
I called NYKAA FASHION customer care on 22nd, 25th, 27th, 29th july, as well as on 4th and 5th of august. On 29th july, I have complained against Mr Khetaram also.
But Today, I got a message saying My pick up has been cancelled.
I am Feeling extremely agitated with this kind of response from your end. Its not about the money It just costs around 2000 rupees.
We have such Busy schedules and extremely stressful jobs and we really dont need the added stress from an Online Store. Its the harrassment from Nykaa Fashion and SHADOWFAX which is just not acceptable.
