JIO FIBER CUSTOMER CARE IS WORST. JIO FIBER TECHNICIANS ARE MORE WORST

I INSTALLED JIO FIBER FOR MY OFFICE AND ITWAS NOT WORKING, I MADE SOMANY CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARETO RESOLVE. THEY TALK TO YOU FOR 2 MINUTES AND DISCONNECT THE CALL. IF YOU CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN MOSTLY THEY DONT LIFT EVENTHOUGH THEY LIFT THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANNOT HERE YOU. FINALLY AFTER 15 MINUTES OF WASTING YOUR TIME LISTENING THEM WE CANNOT HERE YOU, YOU DISCONNECT THE CALL. EVEN IF TECHNICIANS COME FOR REPAIR THEY DONT KNOW THE ISSUE AND SAY WILL COMEBACK IN 5 MINUTES AND NEVER TURN BACK. AND SEND A MESSAGE ISSUE IS RESOLVED SUCCESSFULLY. THEY HAVE TO APPOINT GOOD WORKING PEOPLE AND TECHINICIANS SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE. IAM FED UP OF FOLLOWING UP. I HATE JIO AIR FIBER
