Dear Quality Control Dept:
I recently bought a 400-gram packet of Tata Kanana Devam black tea. I was very disappointed with the quality, considering I paid $5.99 for the packet. The packet doesn’t have tea leaves; instead, it has very fine ground tea dust that is very dark in color.
The tea leaves have been roasted and ground so much that they don’t taste like tea should taste.
Why don’t you ship tea leaves instead of tea dust? Altogether, it was a very disappointing experience to taste the tea.
Like other companies, Brooke Bond and Tetley, tea leaves should be leaves, not ground to a fine powder. While straining the tea, even the finest strainer cannot prevent the tea dust from dripping into the teacups.
You truly ought to improve the quality of the tea hou are marketing to keep up with other Companies like Brooke Bond, Taj, Tetley etc.
Please reply to this letter.
