Dear team ,
This sim has issued from haryana circle 13 years back and I am using this sim as an authenticated customer with Airtel since last 13 years.
Currently I am in Bhopal and the sim is been issued inthe name of Mohit his aadhar number is XXXXXXXX 2450
But he will not be able to visit nearest Airtel store
So I reached the nearest retail store to reissue the sim but they have given me the resolution that I have to go to haryana then only I can reissue this sim on my id card.
Do you think is this valid approach for the person to resolve this issue?
Sorry to say but I m using biggest unethical company which don’t have the sense how to resolve the issue of a customer who is been using this service since so long.
Thank you so much for all your services ll never suggest anyone to use Airtel as if they ll get stuck in trouble they have to travel at that location to resolve the issue
