I am deeply disappointed with your response regarding my order (Order ID: 193583470035627, placed on 19/12/2024 at 6:41 PM). While you have acknowledged the issue, you have refused a refund or replacement without providing any concrete justification.
As stated earlier:
1. The order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it.
2. The delivery agent did not respond to my calls.
3. Your support team assured me that a refund would be processed, which has not been honored.
Given these facts, I fail to understand the reason for rejecting the refund. As a long-time customer, I expected better service and accountability from Swiggy. I kindly request you to reassess the matter and process the refund at the earliest.
If you are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, please escalate this matter to a higher authority.
