I ordered a watch in Casio India Shop. Casio, quite unfortunately has tied up with XpressBees for delivery. I am not exaggerating when I say that the service is beyond horrible. There are no updates on the location of the package. As of today the delivery is already two days delayed.
Their customer support is a joke. People keep on talking to me in Hindi despite selecting English as the language. Customer unsupport executives are extremely rude. They literally argue with the customers. I was put on hold for long durations and my calls were disconnected severel times. It’s very clear that they do not care about their clients and customers.
I will never order anything from Casio India Shop till they change their delivery partner. It’s just not worth the effort.
