Product not delivered

I have placed an order on 27 September and the order id is – 1279255 78397291876101 . This order contains 4 products and all products were supposed to deliver before 1st October.
All of them are showing as ” delivered failed ” . This has been continuing since 4 days .Every day the products are showing out of delivery and after sometime it shows ‘delivery failed ‘
Raised many companies but did not get any satisfactory response from Myntra .

I request you please take a look into this matter and do the needful.. Thanks .
