Refund as wrong order of someone else received. Failed attempts by pick rep. Grievance not being addressed timely.

Ref to order No NYK-19329109-4645179. This order did not belong to me. The name is also different than mine as it is addressed to Aishwarya with Delhi address.
Time and again we have mentioned that wrong addressee, wrong size and incomplete order delivery done. You are required to replace the entire order. Replace/ Refund request was made immediately on 24th May. Many a times pick up attempted, but your rep is mentioning different wrong item pickup. It’s so so frustrating. Please schedule pickup of incomplete and wrong order. I have been delivered only one item as against ordered two. This order doesn’t belong to me at the first place. The color recd is wheat grain. I need to escalate my grievance. Please refund entire amount immediately.
