Seeking your urgent attention w.r.t. my complaint on ‘sexual harassment at work place’. A SITaddressed to worthy DC, SRI Muktsar Sahib (Copied to DSP Malout/SIT Member), even emailed to SP, SSP (Muktsar) and also physically submitted to SIT/ SET on dt. 22.3.2024 at 11AM in the office of DSP city Malout. Many irregularities were found in the inquiry / investigation process adopted by the SIT members (SP-Muktsar & DSP-Malout). I was asked about the inquiries still pending w.r.t. my complaint. And within a few days i.e. on 01.04.2024 at 15:37 Hours, I got an email from PSHRC, CHD informing me closing of my complaint in back date on 7.2.2024. Infact PSHRC has given me the next hearing date 10.05.2024. I will produce the notice of the same posted to me by the PSHRC when asked alongwith other evidences and witnesses.
Now your goodself can suitably / logically relate how different inquiries are being badly handled by Muktsar District Police to give undue favours to the ineligible & unqualified Officiating Director of MIMIT Malout who is an accused in my case / complaint. He is getting these favours due his closeness with senior level AAP Party politicians as he himself belongs to Tehsil Malout only. I am rather from Mohali but putting up in Malout because of my job.
