I am Writing to formally report my recent experience with your services, please find the following are the issues have occurred during the time framed with worst acknowledgment,
For your reference my vehicle number & model (AP 39CJ9760 / TVS RADEON 110 ES MAG)
As on 08/01/25 I had no choice but to seek help, as directed I tried to Road side assistant TVS MOTORS, around 15:00 hrs. Approximately 10 times they made me fool rather than helping to get in with the issue, which is quite poor and pathetic for being a customer who got very embarrassed. Finally, nothing went on my side, after spending hours of time on hold.
I took decision to drop my vehicle to your showroom located at Autonagar GajuWaka, very fortune I have got even bad service in the showroom rather compared to Roadside assistance by TVS MOTORS.
It took around 45 min to attend to my complaint, none of them have explained to me in detail what exactly got stuck with my vehicle, in fact K. Ganesh from your unit kept on asking questions just like doctor and lawyer. Please train them, after getting significance experience got sick and rested my vehicle with the information what I have and according to my knowledge concern,
As on 18/01/25 after 10 days I tried to reach MR, k. Ganesh has stated that he will get back to me within half an hour, waited till night, Today I have decided to come across with a written complaint about my experience with Dharmana Motors Autonagar gajuwaka, 19th, 20th January called on 8886646988/8886646989 they are not bothered, they are busy with another customer, every time they check it and get back in 10 mints but never happen, they make big fool ,
Just imagine in what situation I would be going around without a vehicle, since that is the only self-transport vehicle for me and my family.
The same issue I have faced 3 months back also; it’s been kept on repeating. Henceforth in my future I’ll never step into your showroom and also never recommend TVS to any best of my knowledge.
