Repeated complaint regarding road side drain not attended for one year

I am facing problem of stagnant water in the road side drain adjacent to my home (2CC225, 2nd C Cross, Kasturinagar, Bangalore 560043). The problem is incorrect slope towards storm water drain, which needs rework.
I have raised the following complaints on BBMP Sahaaya portal.
(1) Complaint # 20346312 dated 29-04-2023
(2) Complaint # 20461933 dated 04-03-2024
(3) Complaint # 20497815 dated 25-05-2024
The first two complaints were closed with the comment that they have attended to it, even though there was absolutely no work carried out. The concerned engineer Mr.Narasimhaiah of Ward 50  has only visited once last year to assess the problem. After that, I have made several calls to him to visit the location and rectify the problem, but he is not responding suitably. I seek help of your good offices to get this done with.
