SMART BAZAAR Matunga issue in payment counters

The issue of only having 3 or 4 payment counters open at Smart Bazaar, Matunga is causing inconvenience to customers as employees are not readily available to man these counters when called upon. Smart Bazaar management is advised to take immediate and stringent action to address this matter by ensuring that all payment counters are adequately staffed and operational during business hours to provide a seamless and efficient checkout experience for customers.
