Hi – after one year pathetic service of delhivery continues.
This attached parcel is not being delivered at the kpmg address in Godrej IT park vikhroli west.
The delivery guy is Sandeep Padwal citing reason that security is not allowing them to go inside the compound. When we speak to our security they say these guys have many parcels and want people to leave work and come on main road to collect their parcel – such a pathetic service this is. There are delivery failure messages sent via sms. I am currently in Gujarat and told the delivery person to deliver the courier and not return and these people casually send failure messages and walk away.
When will delhivery improve its service? Since covid this is going on – charge is high but so poor delivery. The delhivery booked on 12 march 2024 for delivery few kms away is not delivered till 19 march 24 and after 7 days also delivery failure messages are sent -what more pathetic delivery service can one offer. I have intimated sender also and hoping this gets delivered to the said address.
