I may be allowed to take some few minutes of your valuable time for expressing a bad experience at your Service Centre mentioned above.

Sir, I am a senior citizen presently residing at the above address, since last 16 years approx. On 21st November, 2024 there is some error showing “ only emergency call” net connection is discontinued. Today i.e. 22/11/2024, I went to your above Service Centre at about 10.25 A.M. At that time there were no customers except 5-6 staff members only. I have been directed by the front desk person to sit before ROSHNI MADAM. I have occupied the chair for 6-8 minutes and she never cares to hear me. She is engaged in mobile and discussing marriage and subsequent reception. All the other staff are ideally sitting and laughing towards me. Then I leave my chair and inform the front clerk, I am sitting on the sofa as and when they are free, please call me. Suddenly she cut her mobile and called me and attended to my complaint. Then she asked me to pay Rs.60.00 at the back table, but there was nobody. Then another person asks me to give Rs.60.00 in change as here is no change. I have paid Rs.60.00 in change and they have not issued any receipt.

I am surprised to note that in my 73 years of life, I have never come across such rude behavior not only from ROSHNI MADAM but also from other staff members present at that time. I therefore request you to please take up the matter after verifying the CCTV footage. If your service center is performing this way, the future is very bleak. If you want any other details, please let me know and I can even personally attend before you.
