I am a very loyal swiggy user but your team’s actions off lately has sparked that anger in me and I am writting to Swiggy team here
It’s about Swiggy instamart cheating me many times.
I usually place order for Kellogg’s cornflakes and there’s an option of 15% extra in your online store. I have bought that many times and Swiggy has never sent the product with the extra material. Swiggy has cheated me many times in this item so today I took it up with your team. Three agents spoke to me Sharada/ Shradha, Shubam(her senior) and Chaitanya – all of them has together wasted 1 hour of my time on a Sunday afternoon. They are not ready to give the correct product and they have 2 times asked me to return the product only to receive the same product again.
My point is , this is cheating!! You / Kellogg’s is making money here, for which I am paying and giving NO RESOLUTION, only wasting my time and money!
Absolutely hopeful experience with your team Swiggy! And i will surely take it up on other social media platforms.
