This has been a pathetic 2 year experience of me with Croma Washing Machine, fully autotmatic – 8kg that I purchased in 2022 and since then, there has been no day that I am not facing issue. The technician comes in once a blue moon after 100’s of requests raised and then leaves without resolving issues, informing you people that the issue has been resolved. The call again made has no answer, just an email that your query has been resolved. Stupid you and your staff.
