Worst Management and Careless Drivers

I had booked a ticket from Calicut to Trivandrum from the University as a boarding point at 10:40 pm we had waiting there from 10:20 pm & got a driver call at 10:30 saying that we are coming please wait there & didnt came till 10:45 when we called him the driver says we have came 20 km further if you want come here if not raise a complaint.
