If you’re not satisfied with the final resolution of Domino’s (Jubilant FoodWorks), you can file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NACH) for informal resolution by calling the toll-free helpline number or submitting a complaint online.
Alternatively, you can file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) – Consumer Court or choose internal arbitration with JFL to resolve the dispute.
