Not resolved or dissatisfied? Escalate or lodge a grievance with the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), Department of Electricity Nagaland.
Further, you may file a petition with the Electricity Ombudsman, Nagaland with reason of dissatisfaction with the final order from the CGRF.
