How to File a Complaint of FirstCry?

According to the customer service policy defined by the FirstCry, the complaint resolution process is divided into 2 levels. If your initial complaint remains unresolved, you can escalate the disputed matter to the next designated authority within FirstCry.

Resolution Period Up to 30 days (It may vary, please read the customer service policy of FirstCry)
Refund Period 7 to 15 business days (read return/cancellation policy)

Please note: If your raised complaint with FirstCry is not resolved to your satisfaction within the specified resolution period, then file a consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs (MoCA) for the violation of consumer rights.

At the initial stage, if you are facing issues with FirstCry products and services, including concerns related to online baby care orders, delivery delays, subscription plans, store services, or payment problems, complain to the customer service team through the toll-free number, email, or WhatsApp.

When reporting the problem to customer service representatives, kindly provide the following details:

  • Subject/Nature of Complaint
  • Warranty Details (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue with relevant documents, such as images of the product/delivery box, bills, or receipts.

Level 2: Grievance Officer, FirstCry

As Per the IT Act 2000 and E-Commerce Rules 2020, BrainBees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has appointed a Nodal/Grievance Officer for FirstCry to redress the disputes related to its E-Commerce Platform. If your initial complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at level 1, then escalate the matter to the designated Nodal Officer at FirstCry.

Grievance - Babyhug Trolley Bag Broken on 1st time usage

I have been using firstcry since past few years and this complain is my first one ever since I started using your services. I gifted my daughter a babyhug trolley bag few months back and apparently we only got to travel with that bag last week. It utterly saddening that it was her first trip with the bag and it got broken off just within first few hours. Moreover I couldn't find anywhere about it's manufacturing Warranty on returning or replacing or even repairing it. As I called to Firstcry customer service today I was informed that I may get some payed service after putting the damage pics on this email. But I am disappointed as I already paid for the bag much higher than what's been shown it's current price on Firstcry website at the moment. Moreover when I purchased something from Firstcry I consider it as it will be a good quality product, therefore I consider it as Firstcry's responsibility to consider customer's concern and address it satisfactorily. Attached images are for reference to the poor quality of the bag and it's stripped off handle. Kindly provide a refund or a replacement for this damage. I am happy for more discussion if required. Riyu's Wardrobe Naktiguda, Bhawanipatna, kalahandi, Odisha My complaint about over priced(no discount get her) In online same product is on discount on dt=18/8/24 , but in your offline store in my area It's billing me on MRP. on 18/8/24 Why it's not same ase online store. but The product must be available in online and offline But the store manager refused me to it's not available in store it's franchise store it's not firstcry. Unable to recive refund from FirstCry

Hello, This is in reference to my multiple emails to Firstcry customer service team regarding order number 4053577ZLYA47D312, wherein I have complained regarding refund amount of rs. 587.58 not recieved to same source account. The transaction ID shared is of no use, I need the UTR number for confirmation of money transfer. I have shared all documents from my bank stating that money is not credited to my account. However I keep getting standard response from FirstCry. Pls look into this matter on priority. I do not see the issue progressing anywhere. In my previous email I have shared confirmation from my bank that no amount has been transferred to my account. Pls share the screenshot or UTR number of the transaction. I am reachable on further discussion. If you are unable to resolve this, let me know the escalation point in FirstCry. Awaiting your response. Regards Mugdha

coupon SCAM at firstcry store at baran rajasthan

dear firstcry i am member of firstcry club. i visited firstcry store at baran (rajasthan) yesterday. yesterday was the last date(5/8/2024) of my coupon. they refused to give me the cloth and said that coupon will not be valid today(5/8/2024),it will be valid tomorrow(6/8/2024) what should i do now

I am a pissed long-time customer. I had been buying from Firstcry for my son for years now and a few weeks ago, for some reason, they marked my account as suspicious and blocked all my orders. I contacted support and they didn't help me. I uninstalled the app. Now by mistake, I again installed their app and placed an order last night for some cosmetics. Also my bad luck, I purchased their club membership. Again, my order was cancelled and my money was refunded for the product for the items but my membership was not cancelled and they kept my club membership money. Please tell me, what will I do with this membership if I cannot buy from their app? I contacted them and even the Grievence team but no help. Neither they are refunding my membership money nor letting me use it. Their robo answer is that all this is system driven so they cannot do anything. So these cheaters took my money and don't let me use it. Everyone please don't buy Firstcry membership.

First Cry India making his own customer Cry out of frustration

Its been 3 days since no one accepting my replacement request. I have talked couple of times with customer care of first cry but no one gave me the correct resolution. They auto cancelled my replacement request 3 times. I literally put the replacement request under their replacement policy. But it seems they don't care and they forcefully want us to bear there low quality product and service. Some parts were missing and the acknowledged them. Even asked if possible they can take the product and return the refund. No one wants to listen from this company. They are waiting to complete replacement policy days over so we cannot rewart them back. It's a really irritating and frustrating for a person who work day and night. Pathetic support | Expired Product for kids

I purchased a newborn mat from the FirstCry store in Old Washermenpet, Chennai on June 21, 2024. During billing, the customer support executive offered a complimentary kids' hair wash, which I initially declined. However, the executive insisted that it was a new product they were giving out for trial. To my surprise, upon reaching home, I found that the product was set to expire in June 2024. I returned to the store today, June 23rd, to seek clarification. Shockingly, the staff suggested using the soon-to-expire product as a bike wash! This response is completely unacceptable. If anything happens from using this expired product, who will be responsible? This is the worst behavior I've ever encountered from store staff. Not received the product, yet the status says delivered

Hello , I had ordered a couple of clothes on 22/5/2024 total order ID - worth rupees 2218.65. In that I did not receive a product tracking id - 111418635706 but the delivery status says delivered. I had raised an complaint on this on 27/5/2024 but the issue was closed on 31/5/2024 without resolving. I want this issue to be solved or I'll take this to consumer court for further action.

Damaged product not picked up

The product was reported damaged on 14 days back and still lying at my place. No refund as well. Everytime same copy-pasted response from customer support. Horrible service.
