Level 2: Grievance Officer, FirstCry
As Per the IT Act 2000 and E-Commerce Rules 2020, BrainBees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has appointed a Nodal/Grievance Officer for FirstCry to redress the disputes related to its E-Commerce Platform. If your initial complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at level 1, then escalate the matter to the designated Nodal Officer at FirstCry.
When submitting your written grievance letter or email, please ensure to include the following details:

- Order ID
- Reason for dissatisfaction and expected relief from FirstCry
