If your complaint remains unresolved after the allotted time at Level 2, you can escalate your disputed matter by filing a complaint with the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of the Lakshadweep Electricity Department.
Here’s what you need for your complaint letter:

- Nature of Relief: Clearly explain what you are seeking from the Electricity Department. Be specific about your concern.
