Level 2: Service Head, Syska Led Lights Pvt Ltd

If the submitted complaint is not resolved to your expectation by the customer support team at level 1, you can escalate the matter to the service head of Syska. For complaints related to privacy, infringement of IPR, or online orders that are yet not resolved, escalate to the Grievance/Nodal Officer of Syska LED Lights Pvt. Ltd.
