When you contact Tata Play customer care, make sure you have your subscriber ID or registered mobile number handy and the details of your issue or complaint.

You should also note down the docket/ticket or complaint number that the customer care executive will provide you, as this will help you track the status of your complaint and escalate it if needed.

Fraud and service issue

I am facing no signal since march complain many time but no visit till may 6 than on visit charge 300 on basis of relocation with fixing issue and i complain for visit because of no signal. After that as I still didn't get resolution even when I complain for visit on daily basis my complain os cancelled no visit I am getting. On daily basis amount is deducted from my account and no refund for that also I request for refund my wallet amount for that also they are deny.

Wrong recharge to my old account

I have done the recharge using my mobile .. it has gone to my account 1005764XXX which I am no longer using .. which I have asked several times to close but have not done so far I think . In fact I have forgotten that ID and TV longback. actually I have been using my daughter Chaitanya's TV for a very long time .. for which I am always paying the amount ... my actual TV's account ID is 1006935XXX (This is the current account on my daughter Chaitanyas name).. I have not even thought that this can happen this way .. Hence request you to change the charging amount I have paid to 1006935XXX .. Please do it ASAP .. as my TV is still in deactivated mode. Please treat this as urgent. I am 80 years old .. this might have happened because of my forgetfulness . I hope you will understand. My amount is not refunded yet to recharge again with the same amount. I have raised this issue on 19th of Apr, but still it is not resolved

on 26th and 27th I booked slot for technician and two times made a complaint for resolving the issue. No one responding, kindly resolving the issue at the earliest. Thank you

No relay or disturbance after 10.30 pm every day.

Yester an engineer already visited and I paid them but still not running my tata play.
