Titan World is a subsidiary product of Titan Company Limited (TCL). TCL Indian fashion accessories company that manufactures wearable products. Titan is specialised in premium watches, wallets, belts, wireless audio, and other wearables. It has the online e-commerce platform Titan World for online shopping for wearable accessories.

How to File a Complaint to Titan?

According to the customer service policy of Titan Company Ltd, you can complain to Titan customer service by calling the toll-free customer care number, sending an email or messaging on the Titan World app. If they can’t solve your problem, escalate the complaint to the next authority as defined in the resolution mechanism.

If you face any issues with your Titan order and product warranties, such as late delivery, problems with the product (watches, accessories, etc.), or online payments & COD (Cash on Delivery), you can complain to Titan customer care executives. For a quicker response, use the Titan App and submit your complaint online with executives.

Remember to provide:

  • Order ID, model of the product, and billing details (in case of warranty)
  • Explain the problem clearly

Level 2: Grievance Officer, Titan Company Ltd

According to the IT Act 2000 and E-Commerce Rules 2020, if the initially raised complaint to Titan (level 1) is not resolved to your satisfaction within the resolution period even after escalating the case to the CS Head, then you can escalate it to the appointed Grievance Officer of Titan Company Limited.

Within the email or written application, include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for dissatisfaction, expected resolution, and attach any relevant images or bills for support.

Not Resolved to your satisfaction with the resolution period by TCL (Titan World)?

If you’re not satisfied with the final resolution of Titan World (Titan Company), you can file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NACH) for informal resolution by calling the toll-free helpline number or submitting a complaint online.

Alternatively, you can file a formal complaint with the  National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) – Consumer Court or choose arbitration with TCL to resolve the dispute internally.

Purchases of spectacles from Eyeplusand refund issue reg.

on 23rd April 2024 two spectacles were ordered, and due payment was made, with due discussions and agreement from both ends. Subsequently your shop at Ahmedabad opposite to your jewelry shop i Ahmedabad informed over phone (and otp possibly on 26.04.24) that they cannot supply one of them as agreed and asked for a change in specifications, which were not suitable to us. Hence, delivered only one spectacle with agreement that refund will be made within one- or two-days for the other one. As on 29/07/2024 I have checked relevant statements of my credit card 9218 HDFC Bank and found I am yet to receive any refund from your end, neither your shop has paid anything in cash. Please take-up suitably for refund against the other half of money. mob. no.

Dear sir, I bought fastract watch in (21.12.2022) in amazon. I used 1.6 year good experience using this watch. Now iam getting stuck because watch cant charge & turn on. Last 2 week in my work because of watch not working. I hope you will replay for that concern. kindly do needful things. Thanks

Unable to claim warranty

I purchased a Fastrack earbuds from Flipkart few months back and now I am facing some issues with it. It comes with 1 year warranty, and it seem impossible to claim this warranty. At first your phone won't connect to their toll-free number and you are left with only one option that is chat with an agent on WhatsApp. The agent chatting on WhatsApp will tell you to go to store and it will be done. When you go to store, they will check and confirm it is defective and they will you to register a complaint online. When you start chatting with the agent on WhatsApp they will tell you to call and all of a sudden call gets connected. An agent comes up on a call and he tell you he is transferring to right department. The agent keeps you on hold and the call never gets transferred. The call gets disconnected after an hour back to square one.
