Escalate to Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), TGSPDCL
Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), TGSPDCL takes the complaints that are not resolved or unsatisfied with the final decision of the TGSPDCL. It takes cases under the Electricity (Regulatory) Act, 2003.
The grievance must be lodged within 30 days. Your case must not be pending in any court or tribunal and a final order has not been passed.

Electricity Ombudsman, Telangana hears cases against the orders of the CGRF, and TGSPDCL under the Electricity (Regulation), Act, 2003. Customers can approach the Vidyut Ombudsman of Telangana to get redressal of their cases about electricity issues.
